Tom Arnel and Sergio Lopez have now opened their first licensed venue in Dubai.
Now open at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, Brunswick Sports Club is the fourth outlet opened in Dubai by Bull & Roo Hospitality & Investments (run by Tom&Serg co-founders Arnel and Lopez) since 2013.
The new venue is a sports themed gastro bar. Brunswick Sports Club takes its inspiration from neighbourhood pubs in Melbourne, as well as the industrial design of gyms in Brooklyn, NYC.
Last week, on stage at the Caterer Middle East Food & Business Conference, Arnel and Lopez indicated that the opening of Brunswick Sports Club had been delayed as the property waited to obtain a license.
At the conference last week, Arnel and Lopez also revealed details of a fifth Bull & Roo outlet: a Mexican cantina named Muchahas expected to open in late July.
