Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman will welcome Greg Malouf as a guest chef to the resort’s fine-dining restaurant Sense on the Edge.
From April 5 to 9, Greg Malouf will be working alongside chef de cuisine Ron McKinlay to construct a special menu for guests.
Malouf is known for his expertise in Middle Eastern cuisine and contemporising its dishes. Malouf has worked at restaurants in Melbourne, London and Dubai, as well as authouring seven cookbooks.
The Australian-Lebanese chef is well known in the GCC for his work at Cle Dubai restaurant. Malouf left the restaurant late last year, in order to write an eigth book, according to a statement by the restaurant.
