Tom & Serg is hosting a one-off event centrered around ramen, gyoza, Japanese salad and pancakes on Wednesday March 30 as part of its #EATAT pop-up series.

From 6pm until 10pm, the Dubai-based café will serve a four course feast of modern takes on Japanese classics plus a house beverage for US $35 (AED130).

Tofu and mushroom, chicken and truffle, and prawn and garlic gyoza will be on the menu, as well as salmon sashimi, seaweed salad and various types of ramen, including shoyu with veal, miso with seabass, shio with glazed brine chicken, Peking duck and shoyu with fried tofu.

The dessert options are going to be mango pancakes or coconut sago.

Restaurateurs Tom Arnel and Sergio Lopez, the duo behind the Tom&Serg outlet, recently revealed that they will soon launch their fifth concept in Dubai - a licensed Mexican cantina called Muchachas - and opened their first license venue earlier this month in Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. Brunswick Sports Club was the fourth outlet they opened in Dubai since 2013.
