Qatar Airways has increased the number of flights operating between Hamad International Airport in Doha and JFK in New York City.
According to a report by ETN, Qatar Airways have now added a second daily direct flight between New York and Doha, doubling the number of flights on this route.
The new flight leaves New York in the morning, bringing passengers to Doha on the morning of the next day.
Qatar Airways is also increasing its flight routes to the US, with the launch of a Doha - Atlanta service due to launch on June 1, 2016. Last month, on March 16, Qatar Airways also launched a direct service between Boston and Doha.
