Do you see commercial potential in the mid-market hospitality sector?

We definitely do - the mid-market hotel segment is rapidly growing here. As per the study published by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for The Hotel Show Dubai 2015: about 44% of the 3,600 new hotel rooms that entered the Dubai market in the final months of 2015 were mid-market. In the pipeline for 2016-2017 there is a bulk of mid-range hotels too.

For mid-market hospitality sector in particular we have a selection of beverage related products such as JAF Tea, Nordaq Fresh water, Nordaq Fresh, 1883 Maison Routin syrups, sauces, juice cordials and fruit purees.

Have you encountered any obstacles developing the brand in this region? Do you have expansion plans in the region?

La Marquise International has been in the UAE for 14 years, therefore the brand is already very well established and known here. However, we are working on the company expansion by opening new branches in Oman and Qatar by Q2 of 2016. We already have several clients in those countries and definitely see a great potential in growing our clientele there.
