Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana is set to open a new café in its Abu Dhabi hotel premises.

Café 302 will be opened by the hotel’s newly appointed F&B manager, Ahmed Al Masry, who will be responsible for looking after the operations of the F&B unit and will assume responsibility of its sales, profitability, and performance.

Al Masry’s background in F&B spans numerous hotel chains in the region and internationally. He was also a part of the team which oversaw the opening of various Hyatt properties within the GCC.

He joined Rotana in August 2013 as outlet manager, where he oversaw operations at a sister property in Abu Dhabi.

Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana general manager Sherif Madkour said: “We are happy to welcome Ahmed as our new F&B manager. His energetic, highly motivated character is the perfect fit for opening this new outlet.

“We are pleased to be able to move forward with our ambitious expansion strategy and Café 302 is a huge milestone marking our success in this area. Ahmed will be the go-to person for the operations of the café. We at Al Maha are looking forward to utilising his skills and experience to transform Café 302 into the ‘place to be’ in Abu Dhabi.”

Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana is one of Rotana’s deluxe hotel apartments in Abu Dhabi. The hotel was launched 13 years ago and has 288 rooms and suites.
