Hilton Worldwide has entered into a partnership with Hotelschool The Hague Hospitality Consultancy and Lobster Ink to develop mobile enabled learning.

The four-week online foundation courses in kitchen management and F&B service management, which started in May 2016, have been developed specifically for entry level team members interested in building a career in food and beverage.

Accessed on all mobile, desktop and tablet devices, the courses are ‘always on’, which means participants have the flexibility to study when it is most convenient.

The online courses are expected to be particularly beneficial to those based in remote locations wishing to develop their careers further without access to local formal colleges or hotel schools.

Team members who successfully complete all aspects of the kitchen management and F&B service management courses will receive certification from both Lobster Ink and Hotelschool The Hague.

Facilitated by industry experts, courses offer advanced hospitality education and learning methods, including high definition video lessons, world-class course manuals and lecturer lead forum-based discussions.

The curriculum will boost knowledge in kitchen and food service operations, develop leadership and management skills and establish a global peer-to-peer support network.
