Swiss International has signed a management agreement with the Al Zamil Real Estate Group to develop the Swiss International Hotel & Resort at the Al Qassim Touristic City project.

The Al Qassim project is spread over 95,000m2 land which is also said to be the biggest touristic project in the Al Qassim region.

The Swiss International Al Qassim hotel will have 135 rooms, three restaurants (the Swiss Café restaurant & lounge, a grill room, and a Mediterranean restaurant).

It will offer a banquet hall that can accommodate 1,000 persons, along with conferences rooms, one tennis court, and a children's entertainment centre.

Al Zamil Real Estate Group is one of the arms of the Zamil Group that develops residential communities and office commercial properties in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The signing ceremony took place at the Governor’s Palace in the presence of Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud, the Governor of the Al Qassim Region.
