Caterer Middle East’s Head Chef Survey 2016 is now live — ready for all top culinary professionals across the Middle East to share their views on their work, issues they face and the general state of the industry.

The annual comprehensive study, which is now in its seventh year, is designed to give chefs a voice, and assess market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of operations in the region.

The survey is anonymous and open to chefs working in both independent and hotel-based restaurants in the region.

“We’re looking forward to seeing what’s on chefs’ minds at the moment and how they feel about the industry in the region.

“In the past, we have received some very candid responses because we never ask for participants’ names or for them to tell us where they work, so the results make for interesting reading.

“I’d urge all chefs to use this survey as an opportunity to voice their opinions,” said Caterer Middle East editor Sarah Jacotine.

Full coverage of the results will be in the September issue of Caterer as well as on its online home, www.hoteliermiddleeast.com, that same month.

The survey should take no more than five to 10 minutes to complete.

The deadline for the survey is Sunday, July 31, 2016.
