Abu Dhabi-based Emirati restaurant Majlis Alfareej launched its buffet catering services for up to 100 people on August 1.
The full-service off-site catering option from the restaurant can cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Majlis Alfareej founder and co-owner Ali Al-Romaithi said: “A large gathering of family and friends during special occasions, like Eid-Al-Fitr, Eid Al Adha and weddings, are an integral part of Emirati culture.
"With the launch of this catering service, we are hoping that authentic Emirati cuisine and cultural practices will be better known among the expatriate community in the UAE."

The buffet-catering menu from Majlis Alfareej includes items such as harees soup and shorbet adass, along with mini lahem sandwiches and falafel bites.
Main course dishes include: salona lahem, rubyan curry, and machboos diyay.
The desserts menu will offer mini pista cake, sagaw, and Nutella kunafa, and dishes such as balaleet, foul bites, keema, and bayedh temat (tomato egg) will be offered for breakfast.
