US-based restaurant chain Fogo de Chão has announced that its first Middle East branch will open in Saudi Arabia.
The churrascaria restaurant will be located in Jeddah and is being developed in a joint venture partnership with the Enany Group.
The Texas-based chain has previously stated it aims to grow its number of units globally by 10% each year, reported Nation’s Restaurant News.
Referring to the new Saudi outlet and four others that the company has in its pipeline (in the US and Mexico), Fogo de Chão CEO Larry Johnson commented: “These new domestic locations and international joint-venture partnerships are perfectly aligned with our strategic vision and growth plans.”
