Dusit Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with ACES Property Development to operate DusitPrincess ACES Dubai, a new hotel apartment project in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.
This will be Dusit Hotels and Resorts' sixth property in the Middle East, the company said in a statement.
It added that DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will cater to both transient and extended stay guests, sister publication Arabian Business reported.
DusitPrincess ACES Dubai will comprise more than 250 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses while amenities will include a spa, dining options, gym, sauna and pool with an open-air café.
