M Management Company has promoted its director of operations, Carlo Javakhia, to the role of general manager.
Javakhia has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at hotel chains in Greece, including Aquis Hotels & Resorts and Mareblue Hotels & Resorts.
He joined Majestic Hotel Tower - a family-run company affiliated with M Management Company - in Dubai over three years ago as F&B director.
When M Management Company was founded in 2013, Javakhia acted as director of operations, overseeing brands Elia Greek Restaurant and The Music Room, as well as five other F&B outlets located in Majestic Hotel Tower.
He also helped launch Mythos Kouzina & Grill and Nola Eatery & Social House, both located in JLT, Dubai.
