Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi has appointed Marko Fluka as its new director of front office, and Martin Hilton as the property’s director of spa.
Fluka started his career at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich more than 12 years ago. Over the last 10 years, the Croatian national has worked throughout the Middle East with assignments in Dubai, Muscat and Doha.
After working for Hyatt Hotels Corporation for nine years, Fluka gained experience within the tour operator business.
Before joining the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, Fluka was part of the pre-opening team of the new Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi.

Meanwhile, Hilton started his career in the leisure and spa sector 25 years ago.
Throughout his career he gained global hospitality experience with renowned industry brands such as Raffles, Swissotel and Hyatt Hotels before joining the Four Seasons Hotel group.
After 10 years with Four Seasons – spanning six properties, including two hotel openings – Hilton has joined the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi to develop its Zen spa concept.
Beach Rotana general manager Mathieu van Alphen said in a statement: “We are excited to welcome two well experienced colleagues to our family. I am convinced the new joiners are a great asset to the team and will be able to further enhance our guest’s experiences.”
