The Food Truck Yard (TFTY) will launch on November 9 at the Dubai Garden Centre and will be functional for two months.

The Food Truck Yard has been described by its creators – The Hangry Hangar - as "an innovative pop-up restaurant food truck that serves street food from around the world".

For two months, TFTY will be open from 8am – 11pm offering breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Garden Centre in Al Quoz.

Some of the cuisines on offer will be Greek, Mexican, Brazilian, Japanese, Goan and Mediterranean. Cara Davies is one of the forces behind the project, and a Dubai-based entrepreneur who was one of the co-founders of the Hangry Hangar concept and The Food Truck Jam by TruckersDXB.

She said: “The Food Truck Yard is a natural extension to our portfolio. We truly loved the Hangry Hangar concept as well as The Food Truck Jam."

“The Food Truck Yard is as a result of my love for the space that will host the pop up coupled with my passion for food trucks,” she added.
