The bi-annual edition of the Local Food networking event takes place at Dubai World Trade Centre in Hall 6 on Tuesday, November 29.
Key players in the UAE local organic and environment friendly food segments will be present, including UAE organic farmers and hydroponic farmers, retailers, chefs, restaurants, hotels, and UAE government representatives.
US Organic Trade Association and US Organic principals Nate Powell-Palm, Amanda Albers, Peter Boncelet, Monique Marez will also be in attendance, as will representatives from the UAE's Sheikh Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development.
There will also be live organic cooking and speakers, such as Emiliano Lazaro, the owner of Signor Pomidor, an organic Italian restaurant in Business Bay, Dubai.
