Balls an Italian street food experience, offering an array of Italian rice balls – has launched in Dubai.
Balls will be serving its cuisine from a restored vintage 1956 airstream trailer, brought to Dubai from the United States of America.
The founder and developers of UAE-based 800Pizza are behind the concept. The menu on Balls carries an individual Italian identity, with highlights from the menu which include Tony maccheroni – mac n cheese, Rita Buffala - buffalo mozzarella, Flippo Pino – turkey, beef and tomato, as well as gluten free and vegan options from the likes of Martina Vegena.
Founder Alessandro D’Ubaldo said: “the concept is engaging, refreshing and unique.”
Balls has also partnered with Kite Surf School Dubai as well as creating branded surf boards, skateboards and more’ with plans to further engage with many other extreme or sports.
A statement from the company said Balls plans to expand the concept not just across the Gulf region, but in the UK and US as well.
