F&B outlets: The Restaurant at The Address — which will take prime position at the hotel. The Lounge and The Roof Top — located on the 70th and 71st floors, providing a dining experience with 360° views of Dubai.
Leisure facilities: The Spa at The Address Boulevard Dubai features a spa and wellness centre that occupies the 70th floor spanning 700 m2. Three swimming pools including a family pool and a spa pool along with steam rooms, saunas, hammam, and rhassoul. There is also a children’s splash pad.
MICE facilities: The hotel’s conference and meeting facilities include the 450m2 ballroom which is located on the ground floor of the hotel.
