Kitchen Nation, a fully equipped culinary incubator, has opened its doors in the UAE, and will encourage entrepreneurs to bring their F&B concepts to market.
The venue, located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, is set to help entrepreneurs by offering a number of services related to facilities like commercial kitchen rent, sales, events, consulting and marketing.
Kitchen Nation founder and CEO Rami Salous thought of hte concept when he struggled with getting permits for his newly bought food truck. "I purchased a food truck from the US and brought it to Dubai when food trucks had just started to emerge in the region; however, getting all the paperwork sorted was time-consuming and costly,” said Salous. in a statement.

He concluded: "This kitchen is not a charity, but an empowering community transformation."
