Street food and food truck event Eat the World DXB returns to Burj Park, Downtown Dubai, from February, 23-25, 2017.

The inaugural Eat the World DXB’s ‘Best of British’ food trader and food truck concept attracted 20,000-plus visitors.

The 2017 event will feature 10 US-based food traders and 10 UK-based traders.

“The response to our first Eat the World DXB was fantastic; the public praised the food, the affordability and the originality of the concept.

"Dubai is not a place to stand still so we’re mixing the format up by bringing in the Americans for year two. Eat the World DXB 2017 will see the birthplace of the street food movement versus the movement’s current superpower – and that means more food and more choice for our guests,” said Food Market Events Middle East director Philip Lowery, which owns and operates Eat the World DXB.

Eat the World DXB 2017 will include a sprinkling of the UAE’s food truck options, celebrity chefs, an artisanal food market and an array of exciting food-themed experiences, including an outdoor cinema featuring food-themed films that are shown with a menu catered to each film..

There will also be activities for children, live music, and a traditional Bedouin tent with falconry and Arabic coffee.
