Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski Riyadh has announced the appointment of Bruno Guillard as director of food and beverage.
The French national has two decades of industry experience and has worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
His hospitality career started in 1997 in China when he was assistant banquet manager in Peninsula-Palace hotel.
After this, he worked as a restaurant manager in France from 1998 to 2005, and then joined Al-Qasr – Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai as assistant F&B manager.
He then worked as a director of F&B in several hotels in Singapore and France, before joining Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah in Dubai in 2015.
