The Caterer Middle East keynote speaker and Michelin-starred chef will feature in the upcoming season of the Netflix original series, Chef's Table.

Filming all over the world, locations will vary from state-of-the-art kitchens to a Buddhist temple in the South Korean countryside.

Chef’s Table: Season 3 will profile six chefs as allowing viewers to have an intimate look at their lives and kitchens.
Created, executive produced and directed by David Gelb, the man responsible for the critically-acclaimed documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi, the chefs highlighted in this latest season are: Jeong Kwan of Baekyasa Temple (South Korea), Vladimir Muhkin of White Rabbit (Moscow, Russia), Tim Raue of Restaurant Tim Raue (Berlin, Germany), Ivan Orkin of Ivan Ramen (New York, NY) and Nancy Silverton of Osteria Mozza (Los Angeles, CA).

Also featured in the programme will be Virgilio Martinez of Central (Lima, Peru). The Peruvian chef will be the keynote speaker at the Caterer Middle East: Food & Business Conference held at Grosvenor House Dubai on March 7, where he will be interviewed about his use of indigenous Peruvian ingredients and modern techniques.

Caterer Middle East revealed last month that Martínez is set to open his first Dubai restaurant in March 2017, Lima Dubai, therefore Martínez is also set to discuss why he has chosen Dubai as the next location to grow the Lima brand. The Dubai venue is the first Lima outside of London, where the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star shortly after opening, the first for a Peruvian restaurant. The Michelin star has been retained for five consecutive years.

Chef’s Table: Season 3 will premiere worldwide on Netflix on 17th February.
