Xavier Halbi has been appointed as the new executive assistant manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek.
The French national holds a B.A. in Hotel Management (VATEL), an MBA in International Hospitality Management from Cornell University and is a certified NLP Coach, with over 16 years of hospitality expertise.
Throughout his career Halbi has held various positions such as - strategy and revenue manager, director of reservations, director of rooms and director of operations.
He was most recently the director of rooms at the Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas in Qatar.
As the EAM, Halbi will be responsible in managing the daily operational and financial performance of all areas of the Hotel, providing senior supervision and support to department heads.
He will also play a big hand in the impending hotel room renovation project that is scheduled for 2017.
