Fraser Suites West Bay Doha is set to open its doors in 2017 with a soft opening planned this month (March 2017), marking the second property of Frasers Hospitality Group in the Qatari market.
The 396-suite property with 126 studio suites is meant to attract both long- and short-term stay executives as well as families relocating to Doha.
The luxury serviced hotel-apartments studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, spread over 46 floors with Italian interiors designed by Molteni& C. All have separate living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen.
Fraser Suites West Bay, Doha general manager Sushil Sharma said in a statement: "The opening of Fraser Suites West Bay Doha marks a new generation of hospitality projects driven by Qatar’s hosting of the FIFA World Cup 2022.
"The biggest driver for hotel rooms in Qatar is currently the demand from business tourists, both regional and international, and this is where Fraser Suites West Bay, Doha excels in its offering."

Fraser Suites West Bay, Doha's facilities include a swimming pool; kids pool; 24/7 gym; round-the-clock reception and concierge services; yoga studio; kids club; a game room for adults with video games, table tennis and pool tables; 415 parking spots with separate places for buses; spa treatment rooms, babysitting services in addition to conference facilities.
The executive Sky Lounge is situated on the 35th floor and will operate throughout the day until 11pm, offering light meals in a buffet-style setting, soft beverages and canapés, and will also serve breakfast.
The hotel's signature restaurant Soci@l, features an indoor and outdoor dining concept with Arabic calligraphy on the walls explaining the story ‘Layla and Majnun’. The property will also have the Mashrabiya Lobby Lounge and the Shisha Alfresco Lounge and Terrace.
