Taking place at Grosvenor House Dubai today, Tuesday, March 7, the sixth edition of the event has attracted more than 150 F&B professionals from hotels, independent restaurants, bars, clubs, catering companies and quick service restaurants.

Leading the line-up of speakers this morning was Virgilio Martinez. The world’s fourth best chef is in Dubai to open LimaDubai which has just launched in Dubai’s City Walk.

A further 20 speakers will, throughout the day, discuss upcoming trends and consumer behaviour; managing sustainable growth; game changing technology; F&B opportunities in the retail market and wellness trends. 

The one-day event will round off with a presentation on preparing for the imminent arrival of VAT.
