Molecule, a Dubai Design District-based eatery combines fine dining and design with the concept of ‘bistronomy’ — gourmet food in a casual setting.

Described as the next big food movement, bistronomy combines bold flavours and fresh ingredients served in a casual dining setting.

Brought to Molecule by executive chef Udo Moreau whose portfolio includes launching Michelin star restaurants, Joël Robuchon in Paris and London. With eight other European Michelin star restaurants under his belt, Chef Udo will be bringing his experience to Dubai’s culinary scene giving patrons a fresh dining experience through a bistronomic sharing concept focusing on the use of seasonal products combined with regional flavours

As well as the culinary offering, the venue will focus on aesthetics, partnering with industry leaders Ansonia Concepts, a boutique F&B concept design agency, to develop Molecule’s entire concept and design. Through identifying and engaging a diverse portfolio of talent, Ansonia Concepts were able to curate a space reflective of the design-led hub where the restaurant is based.
