Organic, plant-based, gluten-free eatery, Wild & The Moon has opened its second outlet in the Robinsons store at Festival City.
The new Wild Bar brings Wild & The Moon’s clean eating ethos to Robinsons, a Singapore-based fashion department store, which recently launched in the GCC region.
Offering all-day breakfast, gluten-free focaccia, salads, cold pressed juices, nut mylks, smoothies and hot drinks, the bar features a minimalist, pared-back interior, with hanging plants, and an on-site Wild Library stocked with magazines and niche journals.
With two branches in Paris and an existing venue located in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, Wild & The Moon – sister company to Comptoir 102 - was founded by chefs, nutritionists and naturopaths and is becoming a popular source of wild, local, ethically-sourced and seasonal ingredients.
