Contemporary restaurant Thanani has opened its doors in Ajman's Al Zorah Pavilion. With the Al Zorah Creek as a backdrop, the venue boasts sweeping views of flamingos and natural mangrove forests.

Derived from the Arabic word for “pairing”, Thanani offers a European “grazing” style menu, with dishes designed to be shared, and accompanied by a beverage menu for pairing recommendations.

Some of the dishes on offer by head chef Ricardo Menta include a burrata trolley featuring smoked and flavoured burrata from Puglia in Italy, Loch Duart salmon, Kataifi prawns marinated in garlic olive oil and parsley with a sweet and sour apricot puree, Turkish chicken, baskets of brioche and focaccia sliders with wagyu beef cheeks in a tarragon sauce. Thanani will also feature pintxos  and a  selection of mocktails.

Thanani is open on weekdays and weekends from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am.
