The Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh has appointed Greg Pirkle as the new general manager, who moves to Egypt from the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.
Pirkle’s 25 years with Four Seasons have been divided between resorts and hotels; from Hawaii, the Bahamas and Malaysia to Boston, New York, Jakarta and Riyadh.
For the past two-and-a-half years, Pirkle has been based in Bahrain - opening the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. Richard Raab is now the general manager at the Bahrain hotel.
Before Bahrain, he first became a general manager in Malaysia and Langkawi and then moved to Riyadh in 2011 where he was the GM for three years.
After graduating from Indiana’s Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Pirkle started his hospitality career with Ritz-Carlton, and then moved to Four Seasons.
