Kuwait’s Al Manshar Rotana has appointed Michael Farag as its new front office manager.
Farag will be responsible in ensuring a smooth operation of the hotel’s front office.
He brings 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in other Rotana hotels as well.
He began his hospitality career in Egypt as front office agent in 2005 before moving to UAE.
He was first appointed to the position of front office manager at the Capital Centre by Arjaan in Abu Dhabi in 2015.
During his time at the position he handled room configuration during a hotel pre-opening as well.
In his new role, Farag will be in charge of supervising all front office services and personnel to ensure guests receive apt, efficient and personalised service.
Part of his responsibility will also include maintaining a smooth relationship between the management and guests by attending to guest complaints, requests and enquiries.
