Guests' priority is always a good night’s sleep, whatsoever the hotel brand, this is according to Mühldorfer CEO Elisabeth Hintermann.

She said: “Many hotels are coming up in the Middle East and they have to follow and create their own focus and style to attract hotel guests with special offers and additional services. However good sleep is generally always in demand, guests just want to have a good night’s rest during their hotel stay.

The mattress and sleep ware manufacturer will be showcasing its products at the 5th annual Executive Housekeeper Forum at the Grosvenor House in Dubai.

“The bed is an essential part, no matter which segment and category the hotel is placed in. Mühldorfer is the best partner to achieve the high guest demands,” she said.

Hintermann is expecting an “enormous boom in the hotel industry”, and Hintermann gives a preview of topics she expects to come up during the forum. “Special guest demands could certainly be brought up during the forum. Mühldorfer bedding products can help pamper guests and can also benefit from guests’ demands in order to develop and improve bedding products further.

“We have recently launched “Bio-Nature” by Mühldorfer - this new product line is produced on the basis of carefully chosen untreated and natural 100% cotton qualities from pesticide-free farming, which are subject to a particularly gentle process – unbleached and undyed, no chemicals are used for yarning and filled with selected downs,” Hintermann told Hotelier ahead of the one-day event.

Giving a foretaste of new launches from Mühldorfer, Hintermann said the company will continue to extend its pillow menu. “We have a very fine batiste cover in use, with 250NM (250m yarn has a weight of 1 gram).”
