Engineering Contracting Company LLC (ECC), has completed the 240-key, dusitD2 Kenz Hotel, located in Barsha Heights, Dubai, according to a recent release.
ECC was awarded the project in late 2013 by H.E. Rashid Al Noaimi, for the construction and completion of the 17 story hotel.
Commenting on the latest project, Kareem Farah, director and COO, ECC said: “ECC holds a track record of successful ventures and long-term partnerships and has built a strong presence in the market with key milestone projects. DusitD2 Kenz Hotel is the first hotel to launch in the United Arab Emirates under Dusit’s dusitD2 brand. The hotel includes a health and fitness centre, swimming pool & spa, restaurant, waterfront lounge, meeting facilities and two restaurants.
The hotel opened in Dubai's Barsha Heights districts, making it the first D2 branded property to open in the Middle East in February this year.
The hotel also features 299 pieces of art collection throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms. It has two F&B venues: Ostro - a Mediterranean restaurant and Wise Kwai – a Thai street food restaurant.

The hotel is located in Barsha Heights, next to the Internet City Metro Station.
