Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has appointed Pasquale Baiguera as the new general manager of Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain.
“I am thrilled to join a thriving property with a strong position in the market. Building on this success by working closely with the hotel’s dedicated team, is a priority,” said Baiguera.
This is Baiguera’s fourth assignment in the Middle East. He joins the Bahrain property from the 292-room Mövenpick Hotel Beirut, which he led for three years. With more than three decades in the hospitality industry, Baiguera brings experience and knowledge with a focus on proactive leadership, strategic management, sales skills and revenue development. Apart from his Middle East experience, he has had roles in Denmark, Finland and Italy with other five-star hotel brands.
Just a two-minute walk from Bahrain International Airport, the 106-room Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain is only 15 minutes from the business centre in Manama while soaring over Arad Bay, one of Bahrain’s natural protected habitats.
