Caterer Middle East’s Head Chef Survey 2017 is now open.

The survey provides a platform for all top culinary professionals across the Middle East to share their views on work, pressing issues and the current state of the regional F&B industry.

The comprehensive study, which is now in its eighth year, is designed to give chefs a voice, and assess market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of operations in the region.

The survey is anonymous and open to chefs working in both independent and hotel-based restaurants in the region.

To participate, please visit www.surveymonkey.com/r/headchef2017.

“As chefs are able to participate anonymously, it’ll be very interesting to see what chefs really think and receive their unfiltered opinions on the F&B industry in the region.

“In the past, the results have been fascinating to read so I urge all chefs to use this survey as an opportunity to voice their opinions,” said Caterer Middle East editor Claudia de Brito.

Full coverage of the results will be in the September issue of Caterer Middle East as well as online at www.hoteliermiddleeast.com.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

The deadline for the entries is Sunday, July 30, 2017.
