The Assila Hotel in Jeddah opened in March 2017, and is the first Rocco Forte hotel in the Middle East. The hotel’s general manager Harry Fernandes, who was in Dubai for a few days, tells Hotelier Middle East why Sir Rocco Forte chose Saudi Arabia to launch the brand to the region.
Fernandes has been with the operator for more than 14 years and firmly believes in the brand. He says that authenticity, individuality, and family are the pillars of the group which makes it stand out among other brands.
