Kempinski Hotel Ajman has hired two new employees: Melanie Munoz as food and beverage (F&B) manager and Alexej Jaritschin as its front office manager.

Munoz, a French national with 14 years’ experience, has worked for five-star properties (Starwood, Club Med, and a few independent luxury hotels) across the world in places such as Nice in France, Palmiye in Turkey, St. Barthelemy in the Caribbean Islands, Wellington in New Zealand, Bora Bora in French Polynesia and, most recently, Phuket in Thailand.

Munoz joins the F&B team at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, where she leads a team of 75 employees. She will be in charge of repositioning the F&B offerings of the hotel, having successfully launched various F&B concepts and initiatives in her previous roles.

A German and Russian dual national, Jaritschin is a long-serving Kempinski hotelier, having taken on various positions in the rooms’ division department over the years.

He was assistant front office manager at Kempinski Hotel, Saint Petersburg, later becoming night manager at Kempinski Hotel Hamburg before transferring as duty manager to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, thereafter assuming his most recent assignment in Kempinski Seychelles, where he was assistant front office manager.
