Rüya Dubai, the homegrown restaurant and bar at the Grosvenor House Hotel, has taken its first footsteps outside the UAE with a pop-up activation during October at Madrid’s The Villa Magna.
Until October 21 from 6pm to 11pm, executive chef Colin Clague and his team will bring a piece of Anatolia to Spain.
To enhance the experience, Restaurante Villa Magna will offer an a la carte menu for dinner, from October 23-28, which is inspired by Clague’s creations.
The pop-up collaboration with Villa Magna is a first glimpse of Rüya’s forthcoming expansion plans with a London venue set to open next year.
