Hilton marks its second property in Tangier, Morocco with the opening of the five-star Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel & Residences.
The property joins the group's mid-scale brand which opened the adjacent Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Centre in 2016.
Blocks from the Mediterranean Sea, the new hotel offers panoramic views from every guest room, four dining destinations and direct access to the 30,000-square-metre Tanger City Mall.
Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel & Residences features 180 guest rooms and suites and a location in the center of the city, close to corporate offices, restaurants and nearby attractions, including the Tanger Kasbah, the Caves of Hercules, the Kasbah Museum and the American Legation Museum. Transportation links include the Tanger Central Station located directly in front of the hotel and Tanger Ibn Battouta International Airport only 14 kilometres away.
The property features a range of dining options, including La Terrasse rooftop pool lounge, The Kasbah all-day restaurant, The Kasbar and The Lounge.
With a dedicated floor for meetings and events, the hotel offers nearly 400 square metres of meeting space and can host events for up to 200 people.
Guests seeking wellness opportunities have access to the 24-hour health club, which features a sauna, fitness room and steam room, or have the option to use the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi.
