The home-grown UAE pizza company was selected to be part of Apple Pay’s induction to the UAE, giving online and mobile app users another convenient and secure way to pay for its menu items.
Customers can place an order before tapping to securely pay via the watch’s Freedom App. The Freedom Pizza order tracker can also be used on the Apple Watch.
Security, privacy and convenience is at the core of Apple Pay. When using a credit or debit card with the payment system, the actual card numbers are not stored on the device, nor on Apple servers. Instead, a device account number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored in the secure element on your device. Each transaction is authorised with a one-time unique dynamic security code.
The Freedom Pizza app is a favourite amongst customers due to its straightforward and easy to use format, with over 50% of orders being conducted online. There are on average between 300 – 350 orders placed via the app per day, which is around 90,000 per year. Users can simply download and access the app via the Apple store.
