The second edition of the Hotelier Express Summit is now in session at Grosvenor House Dubai.
The Hotelier Express Middle East Summit 2017 brings together more than 100 hoteliers from the mid-scale, budget and serviced apartment sector who are set to face off on discussions about trends, opportunities and challenges facing the mmid-market hotel sector. Panel discussions and presentations will tackle a range of topics including a look at the region's hospitality industry KPIs, innovations in customising guest experiences and in food & beverage, coping with blurring segmentation lines between mid-scale and upscale brands. The Summit will also include a panel discussion on talent retention and engagement in the Middle East's mid-scale sector.
