Gefinor Rotana has appointed Lazetta Abou Haidar to the position of sales director.
Abou Haidar originally joined Gefinor Rotana in 2006 as director of sales but quit in 2011 in order to care for her family. Given Abou Haidar’s experience, the hotel reappointed her to fill same position.
In her new job, Abou Haidar will focus on building strong corporate relationships, and will assist in promoting the brand and its services in both the regional and international markets. Additionally, she will play an important role in the hotel’s upcoming renovation plan.
Abou Haidar, first started in the hospitality industry back in 1999, holds a Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hotel management from Lebanese University and also holds a tour guide certificate from the Ministry of Tourism.
