Zabeel House by Jumeirah Al Seef will open on the banks of Dubai Creek this spring – with a Mini-version next door.
It’s the first hotel in Jumeirah’s new ‘upscale-casual’ collection and a smaller version of the hotel, Zabeel House Mini by Jumeirah with a lower price point will open right next door.
Zabeel House by Jumeirah Al Seef offers 200 rooms, four restaurants and bars, pop-up events, a rooftop infinity pool with views over Al Seef and Dubai Creek. The summer rates start from AED 495 (US $134) and AED 725 ($197) in the winter months plus taxes per night.
Zabeel House Mini offers 150 “pocket” rooms with a map of Dubai on each bedrooms ceiling. The hotel has a courtyard space designed to be used for pop-up events and outdoor film and two street-food inspired restaurants. The summer room rates start from AED 350 ($95) and AED 495 ($134) during the winter plus taxes per night.
Besides these two hotels, Zabeel House by Jumeirah has three other upcoming properties - one in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, one in London, UK, and another in Dubai, Zabeel House by Jumeirah – The Greens scheduled to open in Q4 2018.
