Starting out as a sports bar, Bull&Roo concept Brunswick is now the Brunswick Eatery, Bar, Terrace, located within the Sheraton Hotel, Mall of the Emirates.
A large open floor plan will comprise three sections: a bar, a garden terrace, and a Melbourne-inspired 'lifestyle eatery'.
Breakfast will be served all day until 4pm. The menu includes dishes such as chickpea & piquillo fritters served with smoked scarmozza, smashed avo & poached eggs and sourdough pizza topped with bacon, egg, buffalo mozzarella, cracked black pepper from the brick oven.
A range of different size plates can be ordered individually or combined to cater for group sizes. Bar snacks include turmeric spiced cauliflower fritters with fried curry leaf & rasam mayonnaise or crispy mussels with cultured cream & seaweed. From the medium plate options, opt for dishes like charred octopus served with charcoal mayo, hazelnuts, chili, lime & nectarine or wagyu tartare with sherry vinegar, quail yolk & rye sourdough crisp bread. The large plates consist of lobster mac & cheese with parmesan breadcrumbs and duck lasagna with duck skin pangratata. Also available are a variety of sourdough pizzas and burgers.
