Four of the Fairmont hotels in the UAE; Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont The Palm, Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, recently installed on-site charging stations. Additionally, the hotels have launched an exclusive rewards programme, Recharge me, for the Tesla car owners.
The Recharge Me programme offers a whole host of benefits and privileges for room stays, dining, leisure, fitness and wellness activities across all four hotels, for both guests and visitors.
Fairmont the Palm has installed three stations while the remaining Fairmont hotels are fitted with two. Car owners can drop off their Teslas at the valet desk for assistance in charging or opt to self-charge. A type two charging unit, these stations allows for a recharge range of 85-100 KwH, averaging between three to four hours charge time depending on the battery level.
There are two levels of rewards under the Recharge Me programme, with the first intended for day-visitors, whilst the other is designed for Tesla car owners staying at the hotels. Fairmont Dubai will be offering this programme exclusively to its in-house guests, while walk-in guests and patrons of the other three hotels will receive free charging for their vehicles on presenting a same-day receipt of any amount for any purchase made at the hotels.
Day visitors at the Fujairah property will also receive complimentary access to Lava Beach Club, the resort’s newly opened destination beach club concept of its kind in the Northern Emirates, as well as usage of one of five day chalets.
The second level of Recharge Me has been curated to provide more rewards in addition to discounts off dining and spa treatments. All guests staying at Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort will receive a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category, along with a special room welcome amenity.
Additionally, guests at the Fujairah property will also receive usage of a day chalet at Lava Beach Club. For those, looking for a longer break in the heart of the city, Fairmont Dubai offers an overnight stay package, including a room upgrade.
