Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences, Abu Dhabi has appointed Hannah Dib as the new executive chef.
In his new role, Dib will also oversee the menus and operations for Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences’ signature Artisan Kitchen, Loop, Morjana, banquet operations, and in-room dining.
He will also be in charge of the hotel’s upscaling fine dining Limo Restaurant.
Previously, Dib served in leadership roles at The Address Dubai Mall where he was in charge of the concept for five F&B outlets at the property, and Grand Hyatt Dubai.
