- 500g diced chicken leg meat
- 250g shrimp
- 30g corn flour
- 7.5g salt
- 15g chicken powder
- 37.5g sugar
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1tsp grapeseed oil
- 20 wontons
