Seagrill Bistro at Fairmont The Palm, Dubai, will launch a new Friday brunch starting September 21.
The seafood restaurant, which is located next to the beach with views of the Dubai Marina skyline, will offer a selection of Mediterranean and European-inspired dishes served to your table. The new brunch will be replacing the family Friday brunch at Flow Kitchen but the family experience will now be offered as Friday family lunch instead.
Brunch highlights include poached octopus salad and foie gras crumble for starters, seafood calamarata pasta and mushroom fusilli pasta with goats’ cheese and truffle oil for mains.
The adults-only brunch will include a range of wine and champagne, house spirits and cocktails, with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Brunch is served between 12:30pm and 4pm every Friday for a price of AED495 (US $135) with alcohol and AED345 ($93) without.
