On a glittering night at the Hotelier Middle East Awards, Nashon Mwamba of The H Dubai won the Concierge/Guest Services Person of the Year Award.
The guest service manager beat stiff competition in the category to take home the prize at the award ceremony held in Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre.
Mwamba collected his prize from Cedric Scherer, general manager of award sponsor City Sightseeing in front of the assembled audience, with the judges saying they were impressed with his “talk less and listen more” policy and “nothing is impossible” attitude.
