Crowne Plaza Dubai has appointed a new general manager – speciality restaurants, with Eva Ximena promoted from within.
Formerly the general manager of the hotel’s Trader Vic’s branch, in her new role Ximena will be responsible for Harvester’s Pub and Brazilian churrascaria and bar Chamas.
Hotel manager Chady Kanaan said: “Ximena has built great relationships with all other hotel departments and created positive synergies within her own team. We are excited to see where she will lead the outlets in her new position.”
