According to the Statistics Centre - Abu Dhabi (SCAD), Abu Dhabi's hotel revenues in the fourth quarter of 2018 rose to US$483m from $283m in the third quarter.

Average length of stay in Q4 2018 was 2.7 nights, compared to 2.3 in Q3 2018. The number of guests in that period also increased to 1.34 million from 1.29 million in the third quarter of 2018. Occupancy rates also increased alongside this change, with the fourth quarter showing 78% occupancy as compared to 66% in the third quarter.

Average room rates in Q4 2018 were reported as AED427 ($116), moving up from AED283 ($77) in Q3 2018. However, this is slightly lower compared to the same period (Q4) in 2017, when average room rates stood at AED 440 ($120).
